Maria Noel de la Paz, Founder & Director, Dots
Maria has over 10 years of experience working across startup, investment, and innovation ecosystems globally. She has supported founders through international acceleration and soft-landing programs and has worked closely with venture capital funds and public institutions across multiple markets.
Currently based in Korea, Maria bridges Asia and Latin America, working 1:1 with founders and collaborating with the Dots network to support informed, realistic expansion decisions into LATAM.
